August 2010 Walt Disney World Trip Report - Day 7

Unlike our last trip to Magic Kingdom a couple of days prior, we arrived around 8:30 to grab a good viewing spot for the Welcome show. If you get there early enough, cast members will set out hula hoops to amuse the kids (and parents). It looks like DD is a great hula hooper, but trust me when I tell you that this picture captures the split second between her letting go and the thing hitting the ground…

I have been married to my best friend for 17 years. We have an eight-year old daughter who is the best kid in the world. We live in Upstate NY, where the summer is too short and the winter is too long.

I have worked as a Radio News Anchor/Reporter, a Sports Play-by-Play Announcer, a Computer Network Administrator and a Financial Advisor.

I am a huge Mets and Bills fan, and watch or listen to almost all of their games. As a result, I have been suffering a great many years. As a graduate of Syracuse University, I root, with much more success, for the Orangemen. I also enjoy cooking, computer programming and woodworking.
